1.)The Tele-Marketing agents must be Thai citizens, only 2.)The Tele-Marketing agents must speak either perfect English, and/or perfect German as second or third languages; The Tele-Marketing agents will be calling England and Germany on a 3.00pm to 11.00pm shift, Monday thru Friday, local time 3.)The tele-marketing agents must have enough assertiveness, and enthusiasm to keep perspective clients on the phone, and extract information from the perspective client 4.)The Tele-Marketing agents will not be making sales, they are simply gathering information 5.)The Tele-Marketing agents will enjoy working in a low-stress, pleasant environment 6.)The Tele-Marketing agents must agree to at-will employment, we would like to think of every job as being permanent, but quite frankly, most Thai people are culturally restrained and do not have the aggressiveness to sell to foreigners over the telephone; We will only retain those employees who consistently get thru the script and successfully extract information 7.)The Tele-Marketing agents starting salary is 80 THB per hour, with a raise to 120 THB per hour for successful tele marketing agents 8.)The Tele-Marketing agents will also earn from day one, 40 THB for every successful call where the prospective client expresses interest and reveals all of his contact information, address, and etc. The recruiter must find Thai Tele-Marketers who already have experience selling to foreigners over the telephone. We are not in the business of Hiring and Training tele marketing agents. We only want tele marketing agents who have significant previous experience.
